I have 4 years of experience with convergys, hcl, honeywell in telemarketing for processes Internet Troubleshooting, Selling Internet Plansnand windows troubleshooting-voice/inbound, up selling the companies' products-voice, copy writing, data entry with excellent skills in MS Office, Excel, Word, Power point etc.

Two major clients, i have dealt with, are AT&T and British Telecom in my previous organizations with call quality score 95 % and CSAT 9 on 10 with 800 seconds of Average Handling Time. I have also gone through Global English test where i scored above 95 %.My focus is to provide complete satisfaction to the customer/client with quality output in a quick turn around and make them feel comfortable talking with me by using power words.I am confident, punctual and flexible with any time zone.

In addition to that there is something which makes me best at sales :

I create my own rebuttals in order to close the deal and make space for an urgency to the customer to convince him for the offer that was spoken at the moment.

Let me give you an example, if a customer is looking for a specific product then i make sure that i should tell him those features with those benefits of that particular product which should be beneficial to him.

The key is "Good Impression & Rapport" before customer, makes him to fall into conversation with me and gives me space for discovery questions, then i pitch him for my product as per his needs.

Work Terms

I work for 8 hours in a day and 5 days in a week.
I charge $10 for every hour.
For fixed price project i take payment in 3 benchmarks
30 % for clearing training.
35% after 15 days of work
and 35 % in the end of the month.
