Work Terms
1. Availability
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to9 PM (India Time Zone)
Response Time: Within 24 hours for emails and messages.
Urgent Support: Available on weekends and holidays by prior arrangement.
2. Project Scope
Detailed project requirements will be mutually agreed upon before starting.
Any changes to the scope will require a written agreement and may affect cost and delivery time.
3. Communication
Primary Mode of Communication: Guru messaging platform.
Other Platforms: Google meet , Zoom or any other (based on client preference).
Update Frequency: Weekly updates via Guru or email. Daily updates for ongoing, time-sensitive projects.
4. Ownership & Confidentiality
Intellectual Property: The client will retain full ownership of the deliverables upon final payment.
Confidentiality: All work and communication will remain confidential. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed if requested.
