Academic background : I am an Engineering Graduate in Electronics and Telecom. I have done Post-Graduation in Computer Engineering from one of the most reputed institutions in India.

Work experience : I worked for 33+ years in IT / SW / Telecom industry in India and in Europe, with some of the reputed names like Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent, Netcracker etc.

Proficiency in English : All through my schooling, graduation and post-graduation, I had studied in English medium. English is the language used in corporate world and in industry in India. We also use English at home. My English proficiency is near-native. Bengali is my actual mother-tongue and Hindi is the mostly used native language in India. I am proficient in Bengali and Hindi as well.

Business maturity: Out of my 33 years in industry, I have deep understanding of what a customer looks for. I bring a high level of maturity in a job that I do.

Work Terms

Availability : I am a full-time freelancer. Typically I work 45-50 hrs a week, between 9 AM & 8 PM, Mon-Sat. But I do not mind taking extra load if need be.

Interactions : I am open to communicating via whatsapp or skype for chat or call, or through Guru. Direct call on my mobile is ok with prior intimation to take care of time-zone differences. I try to ensure a response within an hour if not immediately.

Payment models : depending on project type, both hourly rate or fixed price is ok with payments at task end points.
