I have worked in Customer Service roles and software related roles for over 10 years. I understand customer needs and provide top notch support to all clients. I have become a WordPress specialist over the past 3 years and manage a number of sites, including my own travel blog and two other blogs. I am an avid travelographer (travel photographer and writer). I also understand social media and SEO very well after working for a large dot com company.
With a strong understanding of customer support needs and a pleasant personality, I work closely with clients at a personal level in order to make sure their needs are met.
As a Japanese specialist, I have over 30 years experience working as a simultaneous interpreter, document translator and editor and Japanese cultural expert. I spent nearly 7 years in Japan and have worked for Japanese governmental organizations, Japanese companies (in Japan, the US and Canada) and have contracted services out to American and Japanese companies for two decades.
Work Terms
Hours 8:30 - 5:30 M-F but provide 24 hour on call support. On most projects I prefer to have 50% of the fee upfront to cover costs associated with getting a site up and running. I prefer most communication via email, but am also amenable to text messages and phone calls.
