Mahendra Jain (Promoter)

Mahendra has over two decades of experience in the building construction and structural design. He studied Civil Engineering at College of Engineering, Pune (India) {1986} & Masters in Science (Civil Engineering) from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, United states {1988}. He started his career with Site management for residential as well as commercial projects which he continued for the first 3 years to be acquainted with the every single detail of construction activity. As his career progressed he was into designing of structures of every magnitude ranging from small residential units to huge commercial skyscrapers for next 10 years. For last 5 years he is excelling in rebar detailing rigorously and has acquired all the necessary skills including technological tools to compliment his ability as a proficient detailer.

At SunUp, Mahendra is responsible for the overall performance of the firm. He brings executive and managerial capabilities, business development and conceptual skills in addition to extensive engineering detailing experience.

Work Terms

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6:30 pm.

Rates:
1. Hourly Rates: $10 per hour
2. Drawing Basis: $250 per A1 size drawing
3. Tonnage Basis: $15 per ton
Above rates are tentative and may vary depending upon the complexity of project.

Payment: 50% payment is to be made at the time of submitting the drawings for approval. Balance to be made within 1 months from the date of submission.
