 Prepare Assembly line fixture concept using Catia V5.
 Prepare RFQ for Assembly Line Machines, Workstations, and Fixtures etc.
 Product verification for DFM.
 All child parts and assembly checking as per cad during T0, T1, T2 builds up to SOP.
 Fixture and machine specification finalization
 Product/ process bench marking.
 Cycle time reduction of processes and implementation.
 DAP of Assembly line fixtures, Machines with suppliers.
 Reduction in Assembly Line costing by using IPS methodology
 Decide Poka yoke on assembly fixture.
 Constant upgrade in terms of technology in industry
 New supplier identification and development
 Flexibility in changeovers for similar products
