Positive Attitude: I am very positive, willing to go the distance to get the job done and bring the best everyday to meet the deadline. Our programmer but best efforts and will step up and get the product released whenever possible. Because I care. A good way to instill a positive attitude is to give me interesting projects to work on.

Great Communication Skills: I understand problems clearly, break them down into hypotheses and propose solutions in a coherent manner. I understand concepts quickly, or ask the right questions to understand, and don’t need to have everything written down in a specifications document. I usually speak multiple languages coherently and are very comfortable with documentation in English.

Time and Task Management: I am highly reliable. I have a strong work ethic and show up at meetings on time. An important skill is the ability to estimate the amount of time needed to complete a task, communicating this and delivering on it.

Quick Learning: I usually amazing self-learner. I have the ability to learn new technologies on my own and is’t intimidated by new technologies. I have the ability to pull disparate bits of information and process information on the fly. The best skill anyone can have is knowing how to learn, and I have mastered the skill of self-learning.
