This was the final action required to accomplish my pending Trademark Filing. Therefore, I am no longer skeptical about using an online company to complete my filing. :) Valerie's work was extraordinary and I just want to thank her for working diligent and providing great customer service on this project. I will continue to use this company and look forward to working with Valerie in the future.

I was very skeptical about using an online service to complete my trademark filing. However, the non-compliance notice received from USPTO was completed in in a timely manner. I will continue to use this company in the future.
