I have worked with multinational companies serving international clients and helping their customers through email and chat, resolving their queries with regards to premium payments, helping them with documents and following up for issue resolution.

I am relatively new to freelancing and have completed data entry work besides handling customers through e-mail. I make sure to complete every project within stipulated timeframe with integrity. Freelancing gives me time which I can devote to my employers helping them complete their work and making them happy.

My experience in working with international clients helps me communicate wisely and understand the needs of my employer and clients.

Work Terms

I can easily work 40-50 hours per week, $30/hour, communication can be through chat, e-mail or phone whichever is preferable.
