Experience :

• Worked in Project Planning and risk mitigation. I was actively involved in making of construction schedules and tracking of projects for a high raise building at Chennai, India for 2 years.
• Was in estimation as a contracts Engineer for an year for the bidding process of waste water system which includes collection, treatment and disposal for an year.

Projects :

• Time Cost Environmental Trade Off analysis of a Sewage Treatment Plant: Delay analysis of an ongoing sewage treatment plant at Moradabad, Utter Pradesh is done via schedule tracking in software CANDY. Optimization of the schedule is done by removing the site constraints and by preparing a alternative schedule for the construction of the entire plant along with its environmental impact on the society.
• Was the co- coordinator of a group in Global Construction Management at IIT Madras course where I had to co –ordinate between the North Carolina students and IIT Madras to bring out differences between the construction practices between the two countries
• Was an active member in the global BIM project at IIT Madras where a model in REVIT was created and total estimation was done along with the 4d analysis of it Naviswork. The team comprised of four different universities from different corners of the world.
