When you will open the PMB, I will discuss the whole scope and will thoroughly understand your requirements and expectations. I also will check out the feasibility and let you know the best solution and technologies (whereas required) with the required time line.
Once we are in a deal and on same page on finance, I will set the milestones (If required) and will kick-off the project. In general, we offer Skype to our valuable clients to add with the assigned team to communicate and pass their instruction promptly if any.
No matter in which time zone you are, we are compatible to work when you wish us to work. We report the project progress once in 24 hours via email/Elance/Skype.
We work as a unit and we put the best person most suitable to your project. We do not have learners, we have experienced team to execute.
