I have a broad range of skills and knowledge I have gained and mastered over the past fifteen years.
I have over ten years of customer service and management experience both in a corporate and online remote setting. I have spent 6yrs in a leadership/managerial role. I've worked in industries like BPO, E-commerce, and Saas. Whether it's purely customer service or technical support.
I'm immensely passionate about interpersonal relations, creative pursuits, and company growth. I've helped teams and businesses from small-scale start-ups to medium-size enterprises in establishing and improving their support from a "not so good, this will do" level to providing outstanding support.
I have extensive experience and knowledge about Ecommerce and SAAS industry service protocols and best practices. My experience included processing customer inquiries, email handling, live chat, technical support, as well as inbound and outbound calling for eCommerce companies. I am very experienced in using Shopify, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Gorgias, Google Sheets, Stripe, and Paypal, processing orders, refunds, and winning chargebacks. I only require training on your organization's policies and procedures.
Work Terms
40 hours per week Mon-Fri. Exception can be made for Saturdays. Payment should be made weekly
