? Yearly Project Health Status Report.
? Revenue Backlog.
? Activity report Project-wise.
? Invoicing.

? Handling all official files and documents related to project.
? Creating and updating database of all clients related to project.
? Creating and updating various project related documents on Microsoft
Excel and Word on adhoc basis.
? Creating Invoices for the vendors or contractors.
? Issuing agreement and money receipt through Builder Shield to
customers.
? Creating Presentations for clients as per requirements.
? Weekly verification of stocks.
? Hardware and Software support on Windows platform.
? Support on Adobe Photoshop by designing flyers or posters and editing
architectural plans as per requirements.
Service Matrix
? Hardware and software installations on Windows platform from scratch.
? Maintenance Service.
Work Terms
20 hrs per week, Hourly as well as Flat rate basis, Email & Skype, any other preferred mode of communication.
