Work Terms

COMMUNICATION: Direct communication with the client via phone (US) is preferred, however, Zoom, email or other means are acceptable. Finding the right fit is a necessity, and not all personalities mesh.

Communication is key to completing a project on time. I am generally available every day via email or M-F via phone; however, unscheduled phone calls may reroute to voice mail if I am working on projects - Email is best. Schedules are met if all parties adhere to providing feedback in a timely manner. Weather or other circumstances may result in delays.

FEEDBACK: I request feedback or endorsements at the completion / payment of each project. This helps others know of my skills and build future projects. Feel free to communicate with me directly to work out any frustrations or questions prior to your feedback.
