I am a full-time Freelancer offering my expertise in administrative tasks to customers in need of quality and dependable service. My background is in the finance, accounting and general business arenas.
I've been typing word documents, and working with spreadsheets for over 30 years, and can provide fast and accurate Data Entry and Data Management Services including:
- Conversion from image, PDF, audio or video into properly formatted and business ready Word or Excel documents.
- Compilation of data into Excel spreadsheets, including data sorting and filtering, and performing simple calculations using Excel formulas
- Creation, editing and formatting of expense or other financial worksheets and schedules using Excel
- Internet research for email addresses, physical addresses, etc
- Entering of data into forms
- Fast and accurate typing (word processing) of reports, books or other documents
- Proof-reading and editing for spelling, punctuation and grammatical correctness
