A qualified Chartered Accountant with over three years of internal audit, Financial statement review and performance assurance experience.

Internal Audit experience includes all aspects of Internal Audit delivery, including developing risk and control matrices, evaluating controls, identifying gaps, highlighting recommendations and preparation of detailed audit reports.Responsible for conducting risk based audits and field work for a number of internal audits co-sourcing and outsourcing engagements. Key industry experience includes financial services, airlines, energy, retail, construction and technology .

Involved in various projects to assess the governance framework of variety of clients in UAE which include real estate, private equity funds, trading and contracting companies. Also completed a number of reviews on Financial reporting based on International Financial Reporting standards in previous assignments with PwC

Clients exposure includes projects with Emirates Airlines, Emirates Integrated Telecommunication co (Du),Emirates National Oil Co, Dubai Real Estate Company, Reckitt Benckiser, Dubai Holdings, Waha Capital, Havenvest Private Equity Middle East Ltd, Audi Volkswagen and various other clients, etc
