E-Commerce Virtual Assistant

With 4 months experience as a full-time Shopify VA and 6 months working as a Technical Support Specialist, my skills and special training will assist you with your daily tasks so that you can maximize your time and productivity.

Some of the task I handled as a Shopify VA is adding new products, uploading product photos and placing appropriate product description, copywriting and listing the items on a spreadsheet. I also handled email support, escalation (size change/cancellation) over Dropify and information update.
