To share my knowledge in Civil engineering and also to give structural designs..

My father, who is a civil engineering consultant, inspired me to choose Civil Engineering
for my career and I completed engineering from College of Engineering Trikaripur affiliated to Cochin University of Science and Technology. I was interested to work with experienced people to improve my knowledge in practical aspects of civil engineering projects and to develop innovative ideas. My first option was Roy & Shenoy, Structural engineering and project management consultancy, Mangalore where I did my B. Tech project “Concept Design and Construction of Pre-Engineered Buildings. I was appointed as a Structural Engineer at Roy &Shenoy and had been part of many of their major projects.
My first project was an apartment building with 2-basement + G+17. This project helped
me to improve my knowledge, confidence level, and interest in structural design and project management. This project also guided me to complete my further projects such as Structural design of G+3 school building, Elevated water tank design, loading-unloading bay (PEB) of BASF, Stability checking of MRPL head office building Mangalore, etc. Dr. Premanand Shenoy, Chief Structural Engineer and managing partner of Roy & Shenoy helped me to master Steel Design, RCC Design, Risk associated with structural design, Proof Checking, Stability Checking, Estimation, ISO certification processes, Construction Safety, etc.
Working as a Structural Engineer at Roy & Shenoy with a B.Tech degree was the most
important time and turning point to achieve my goal in the field of Civil Engineering. The
knowledge and experience gained from Roy & Shenoy helped me to qualify GATE 2018 exam and took the PG admission. I have completed Computer-aided structural engineering in Sree Narayanaguru college of engineering and technology affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University(KTU), Kerala in 2020.
