Work Terms

Communication
Availability: I am available for communication from Sunday to Friday, 9 AM to 9 PM (GMT+5:45).
Response Time: I aim to respond to all messages and inquiries within 6 hours during business days.
Preferred Channels: Communication will primarily be conducted through Guru.com messaging and scheduled video calls.
Project Scope
Initial Consultation: A free initial consultation will be provided to discuss project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
Project Proposal: A detailed project proposal, including scope, timeline, milestones, and costs, will be provided after the initial consultation.
Revisions: The proposal includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be subject to extra charges.
Deliverables
Quality Assurance: All deliverables will be thoroughly reviewed and tested for accuracy and quality.
Formats: Deliverables will be provided in the agreed-upon formats, such as PDF, Excel, Word, or PowerPoint.
Deadlines: Adherence to deadlines is crucial. Any changes to the timeline will be communicated promptly.
Payment Terms
Milestone Payments: Payment will be structured in milestones, with payments due upon the completion of each milestone.
Payment Methods: Payments will be processed through Guru.com’s payment system.
Invoicing: Invoices will be issued upon the completion of each milestone. Full payment is due within 7 days of invoice issuance.
Refunds: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature and stage of the project.
Confidentiality
Non-Disclosure: All project-related information will be kept confidential. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed if required.
