Banker-turned-teacher, Online English Teacher, Customer Care Support,

I worked for more than 35 years as a Customer Care Associate at a leading private bank in India. I have good experience in handling customers from various walks of life. I was awarded one Gold Medal, many Certificates of Appreciation, and Monetary Awards for my contribution in the field of Customer Service, Marketing, and Recovery of bad loans.

After getting retirement from the bank, I started my second career as a teacher. I am a qualified teacher. Hence it is not a problem at all. Presently I am teaching English as ESL through Skype. Many students are attending Spoken English also.

I make it a point to teach basic grammar rules before proceeding with pronunciation, reading and writing skills.

My aim is to excel in the noble profession and earn a decent income to supplement my pension benefit.

Work Terms

I am available to handle Online English classes and Customer Support duties. Fee for the Online class is $5 per hour. Compensation for customer support duties may be discussed after getting selected.
