✅ Step 1:
→ Research and Analysis:
This involves researching to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. I analyze the market trends and competitors to identify the gaps and opportunities for improvement.

✅ Step 2:
→ Wireframing and Prototyping:
Based on the research insights, I create low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to visualize the design concepts and validate them with the target audience. This helps in identifying any usability issues early in the design process.

✅ Step 3:
→ Visual Design:
Once the wireframes and prototypes are finalized, I start designing the high-fidelity user interface (UI) that aligns with the brand guidelines and meets the user's needs. I ensure that the UI is visually appealing, consistent, and easy to use.

✅ Step 4:
→ User Testing:
After the visual design is completed, I conduct user testing to validate the design and gather feedback from the target audience. I make necessary changes based on the feedback to improve the user experience (UX).

→ Final Delivery:
For the final delivery, I ensure that all design files and assets are organized and delivered in the agreed-upon format. I make sure that the design specifications are documented and provided to the development team for implementation. Additionally, I provide support during the implementation phase to ensure that the design is implemented correctly and functions as intended. My goal is to deliver a high-quality design that meets the client's requirements and exceeds their expectations.

Work Terms

1. Availability & Communication:

I am available for work Monday to Saturday and can adjust my schedule based on project needs.
Preferred communication methods: Guru Messages
Response time: Within 24 hours on working days.


2. Project Scope & Process:

The project scope will be clearly defined before starting.
The design process includes: Research, Wireframing, UI Design, Prototyping, and Revisions as per the agreement.
I use Figma.


3. Revisions & Deliverables:

I offer up to 5 free revisions per project. Additional revisions may be chargeable.
Deliverables will be provided in Figma, Adobe XD, PNG, JPG, PDF, or other required formats.


4. Payment Terms:

Payments will be processed through Guru's SafePay system for security.
Standard payment structure: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion (negotiable for long-term projects).
For hourly projects, payments will be based on agreed milestones or weekly invoices.


5. Confidentiality & Ownership:

All designs and work files will be transferred to the client upon final payment.
I respect NDA agreements and will not share project details without consent.
Source files will be provided upon request.


6. Cancellation & Refunds:

If a project is canceled before completion, a partial refund may be provided based on the completed work.
No refunds after final delivery and approval.


7. Additional Notes:

I am open to long-term collaborations and retainer contracts.
Rush projects (with tight deadlines) may incur an additional fee.
