Daily Administrative Management i.e. oversee daily office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling, and document management and ensure office supplies are well stocked and manage inventory efficiently also prepare, maintain, and organize accurate records, reports, and other necessary documentation.
Facility Management i.e. manage the upkeep and functionality of office facilities & coordination with service providers for repairs, maintenance, and other facility needs and also ensure the office environment is safe, clean, and conducive to work productivity.
Vendor Management i.e. act as the primary liaison with vendors and suppliers, managing contracts and procurement. Also monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of quality services and products along with negotiation contract terms and manage renewals with suppliers.
Customer Relations i.e. serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses. Also address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to maintain and build positive relationships with customers to enhance the company's reputation.
Client Interaction i.e. assist in managing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring client needs are met effectively and support the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and detailed reports to organize and coordinate client meetings, maintaining open and effective communication channels.
