Work Terms for Transcription Services

1. Hours of Operation:
- Available Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM (local time). Urgent projects can be accommodated with prior notice.

2. Communication:
- Preferred channels: Guru.com messaging, and Skype. Responses within 24 hours on business days.

3. Turnaround Time:
- Standard turnaround is 1-2 business days for up to 1 hour of audio/video. Longer projects will have agreed timelines.

4. Rates and Payment:
- Standard rate: $0.8-1 per audio minute or $40 per hour of work.
- Payments via Guru.com's SafePay.
- For projects over $500, a 50% upfront deposit is required.

5. Revisions and Accuracy:
- 98-100% accuracy for clear audio. Up to two rounds of free revisions within 7 days. Extra charges for poor-quality audio or additional revisions.

6. Confidentiality:
- Strict confidentiality maintained. NDAs are available upon request.

7. Audio Quality:
- High-quality audio is recommended. Poor quality may affect accuracy and cost more time.

8. File Formats:
- Accepts MP3, WAV, MP4, AVI. Transcripts delivered in Word, PDF, or preferred format.

9. Project Scope and Details:
- Detailed instructions needed for format, style, timestamps, speaker identification, and verbatim requirements.

10. Cancellations and Refunds:
- Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of commencement. Partial refund based on work completed after 24 hours. Full refund if unable to deliver as agreed.

11. Feedback and Testimonials:

12. Long-Term Contracts:
- Retainer agreements available at discounted rates for ongoing needs.
