My career journey started at INTI College Subang, where I discovered my passion for engaging with customers online and the flexibility it offers. One key experience that stands out to me was when a lead sent me relaxing meditation music on YouTube. The lead was a Korean student I had connected with through an inbound chat.

I then joined Two H Online Store, an online startup funded by Google for Entrepreneurs, where I learned how to take active responsibility and solve problems for customers across the globe. Once, I was able to place an order for a customer looking for plus size nursing bra communicating with a lingerie store online, located thousands of miles away and the beauty of digital age made it possible for the customer to receive the product at her doorstep.

As a content writer at Daraz.pk, I honed my skills in copywriting and content writing. I believe in the power of words to create magic and educate society. I enjoy the thrill of crafting captivating stories and messages for different audiences and purposes.
