I provide administrative support to business owners, executives, and entrepreneurs to strengthen their brand and online presence through digital marketing strategies and office organization.

I have 3 years of experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, personal assistant and executive assistant .
I am more productive in a home office/virtual office environment with a reliable internet connection and proficiency with remote or cloud-based tools such as instant messaging, Skype, Zoom, and Google Suite
Exemplary time-management, customer service, organization, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to produce high-quality work consistently, with little to no supervision on a variety of projects
Advanced computer proficiency, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Work Terms

I work a maximum of 9 hours a day on your preferred time zone.
I also have a system of apps and algorithms I use for my virtual office but recommended apps that are more familiar to you are accepted for easier navigation.
