T Alexander & Company's CEO and Founder has over a decade of consulting experience, with experience working on Wall Street with an international investment bank. He started his career with UBS Financial Services providing business, financial and market analysis to a wide array of personal clients. After working there for several years, he moved into consulting. ?He has since worked as a Sr. Business Analyst for many organizations across several industries including; Morgan Stanley (Investment Banking), KBI Inc. (Style and Fashion Merchandising), Rail Inc. (Information Technology Services), Teleflex Medical (International Healthcare and Manufacturing), Randstad Professionals (Executive Search), and National Science Foundation (Federal Government).

In addition, he has worked with Howard University assisting the Bio/Chemistry School in receiving upwards of $1M of grant money. He has assisted multiple celebrities and media companies with branding, web development and the marketing of their companies as a consultant. The last three years until the current experience with the National Science Foundation has given him end-to-end grant and grantee experience with proposal writing and grant generation.
