Work Terms
Hours of Operation
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT)
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (GMT)
- Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Payment Terms
- Project-Based Work: A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
- Hourly Work: Payment is billed weekly based on tracked hours, with a minimum of 2 hours per session.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer.
- Late payments may incur a 5% surcharge after a 7-day grace period.
Preferred Communication Style
- Primary Communication Channels: messaging through the freelancing platform.
- For urgent matters, video or phone calls can be scheduled during business hours with prior notice.
- Regular updates will be provided throughout the project lifecycle, including milestones, drafts, and final reviews.
