Work Terms
1) I am available for communication via the platform’s messaging system. I strive to respond within 24 hours on business days.
2) We’ll clearly define the project scope, deliverables, and deadlines before starting to ensure we’re aligned on expectations.
3) I offer one revision per project to fine-tune the final product. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
4) Standard turnaround time is 1-2 days depending on project complexity. Rush orders are available at an additional cost.
5) Payment is due upon project completion and approval. For larger projects, a milestone-based payment plan can be arranged.
6) Final file will be delivered in the preferred format via the platform or a secure file-sharing service.
7) All client materials are treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared or used without permission.
8) Once payment is complete, you own the final edited video. I retain the right to use the project in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
9) If the project is canceled after work has begun, a prorated fee will be charged based on the work completed.
