Tam was very prompt in all her communications with me - she was very clear in requesting required information, and was able to set my expectations realistically for what she could produce in a given period of time - and then she totally outdid herself! She went above & beyond by not only doing all of my requested work, but also giving me another option to consider (which I ended up liking better). She's an incredibly talented artist, and a professional to work with. I couldn't be more pleased with this whole transaction.
