Working at CROCS Egypt as Planning Manager Full-time from 2014 – Present
Develop business plans, analyze data, identify opportunities and incorporate changes into business strategies.
Develop and measure inventory levels and sales forecasts.
Prepare reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements and modifications
Planning and ensuring that the right amount of goods are available in store.
Measure business performance and address performance gaps by establishing metrics.
Create different business scenarios, methods and innovative analysis of available data to develop solutions.

Work Terms

Analyze data with python skills and the appropriate visualizations using different platforms. Microsoft excel, access, and google sheets. Building dashboards.

Perform data preparation and data wrangling activities
Visualize and tell stories with Data
Document, communicate, and present findings and results
Python experience in wrangling, processing, and analyzing data from databases and APIs
Strong experience querying SQL relational databases
Familiarity with these python packages is preferred:
Pandas
Numpy
Matplotlib
pyplot
Jupyter (Notebooks)

Apply common statistical methods, data modeling, and predictive analysis to answer strategic questions.
Utilize SQL/Python/power BI or other relevant statistical tools for data manipulations, visualizations and predictive analytics.
