Tania is a highly motivated, self-directed executive with over 25 years experience in sales, operations, marketing and training in the US, Canada, & Australia. As a Consultant, Tania provides strategic planning, business and nonprofit development, marketing, training, and operations expertise. Prior to this, Tania was COO for Kirstie Alley’s Organic Liaison and had 18 years experience in senior leadership roles with Jenny Craig, International. She possesses an established history in the creation and execution of sales and marketing promotions, cross-functional leadership skills, innovation, continuous improvement to maximize organizational and individual results, optimizing revenue growth opportunities, and customer relationship management. Tania resides in sunny San Diego with her husband and two sons. She enjoys all outdoor activities (running, skiing, beaching), the arts, reading, traveling, and being a hockey mom!
