Throughout my 3 years working as a full-time Special Education Teacher, I developed key skills that are essential for success in the customer service field, which include empathy, attention to details, patience, time management, calmness in challenging situation and effective communication skills. Work Terms
I'm available for work within the hours of 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM (AST), and I have a flexible schedule. For transparency purposes, I prefer working on an hourly basis. Finally, whilst I often use Skype for communication, I am most responsive via e-mail.
