I am an Human resource professional with experience in on boarding and off boarding of employee on client as well as internal system, payroll processing, policy formation, employee engagement, performance appraisal, grievance handling, budgeting, timesheet management, IT and Non-IT recruitment, leave management, etc. I have worked on different payroll software, built internally by the company and payroll software such as webtel and SEMS.

Apart from having experience in HR, I have been working as a transcriptionist for more than 2 years and have developed a good profile on other freelancing websites. I have transcribed various webinars, seminars, interviews, focus groups on varied topic like technology, social networking, industrial, tutorials, medical, property, sports, entertainment etc.

I like travelling a lot, have visited United Kingdom, Australia, Spain etc. I enjoy working as a freelancer and like to do art and craft in my free time.

Work Terms

I can work 40 hours per week and can communicate through Skype if required. I use drop box to share and receive files and have express scribe which I use to do transcription work.
