I am an Android developer based in Cape Town South Africa with experience in developing android applications written in Java from start up to publishing to the Playstore. I started my career in IT as a support technician until 3 years ago I decided to turn my long time hobby of coding into a profession and chose Android development. When I'm not coding I also enjoy tutoring new android developers who want to take the Google Android certification course.

I have strong knowledge regarding the best practices of developing well architected android applications with due respect paid to code maintainability, testability and readability. Conversant of the SOLID principles of software design.

- Testing - UI testing with Espresso and unit testing with JUnit
- Firebase ( Authentication, Messaging, Analytics, Storage, Firestore database)
- Version Control with git.
- Configuring automatic and continuous app delivery to the Playstore from either BitBucket or Github
- Google Cloud Platform
