Brilliant Branding, Forged to Perfection
It's a funny story. Really, it is. My journey to becoming a professional writer started when I was a bank teller at Wells Fargo in 2007. The freeway right by our branch was shut down for over a year which created an unknowing opportunity for me. As branch traffic slowed down, I became bored and started writing a book. I'll admit, I didn't think it would pan out. I didn't think I had the patience to finish…but I did. I went on to publish that book, embarking on a new career in writing that I didn't even know was possible.
During my publishing journey, I learned a lot…and then even more. I soon realized I had a knack for investigating and understanding how writing, editing, and marketing content online worked. So, I started my own writing business in May 2014 to help people with their content. And along this voyage, I've been blessed to learn so many different subjects. I've enjoyed that wonderful feeling that comes when my clients achieve their own writing goals.
I love what I do! I love it so much, I expanded my business to include helping business owners with all their content needs. But it's been more than just writing some words on a page. The people I've met, the experiences I've had, and the knowledge I've gathered has made this journey extraordinary. Sure, writing for a living can be tough, but it's worth it when you're working with the right people!
But my life isn't just about writing. I enjoy adventuring…wanderlust! When I don't have a pen in my hand, you can find me in the woods being Bear Grylls or in the kitchen cooking like Chef Gordon Ramsay. I like art, comedy, shopping, and finding the beauty that life has to offer.
