I'm currently a college student looking for work. I do excellent in all of my programming classes and refuse to leave any bugs in my code. I'd rather spend more time to get the job done right.

Work Times:
Normally, I only have Wednesday and Friday evenings available, along with all day Saturday. I have minor amounts of time during the early morning and late evenings on other days, but unless there's a strict time restriction I prefer not to work then.
Communication:
I prefer e-mail or online messaging.
Payment:
I'd much prefer payment on completion of the project.
