About

I am a university graduate with a degree in Finance and Banking and International Business. Financial Analysis, Corporate Financing and Portfolio Building and Investment Management are my focal areas. The microsoft excel spreadsheet is my primary tool.

Financial Analysis - as an analyst I am able to use an organizations financial statements to assess its profitability and solvency. A fundamental analysis can be created using the microsoft excel spreadsheet to display the various ratios that are required, such as, profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, cash flow adequacy ratios, etc.

Portfolio Building and Investment Management - In this field I am able to construct investment portfolios. These include the most commonly used portfolios such as income, growth and growth of income portfolios. Calculating the risks involved as well as optimizing and revising portfolios are all apart of my skillset.

Corporate Finance - This sections include analyzing the viability of business projects or the purchase of equipment. Through the use of the evaluations methods such as payback period, NPV, IRR and MIRR I able to determine if the cash flows that will arise from a project will be adequate for a business.
