• Experience with multiple phases of Recruiting, i.e Sourcing, Delivery, Timesheet Management, Account Management, Sponsorship, Transfer, Immigration, Paperwork Management.
• Experience running the H1B stamping process from scratch which includes requirement gathering, Skills Shortlisting based on Market Analysis, Resume Shortlisting, Technical Evaluation, Salary Negotiation, Documents gathering, DS160 Initiation, DS 160 Queries Resolutions, Stamping.
• Deployment and Delivery of Fresh H1B VISA Candidates based in India, H1B Transfer Candidates, OPT Candidates
