2. Payment Terms
Mode of Payment: Payments are accepted via bank transfer, Payoneer, Remitly, or other mutually agreed platforms.
Payment Schedule:
For smaller projects: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
For ongoing collaborations or larger projects: Payment milestones will be discussed and agreed upon before starting.
Refund Policy: Advance payments are non-refundable once the project begins.

3. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days for smaller projects (e.g., blog posts, articles).
Larger projects (e.g., research papers, detailed content guides) may require more time, which will be determined after discussing the project scope.

Response Time: All inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours during working days.

5. Revisions and Edits
Up to two rounds of revisions are included in the quoted price. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of project delivery.

6. Confidentiality
All projects and client information will be treated with strict confidentiality. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request.

7. Intellectual Property
Ownership of the final content transfers to the client upon full payment.

8. Cancellations and Delays
Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours before the agreed start date.
Delays caused by incomplete information or feedback from the client may affect deadlines.
