Excellence is important but diligent people will survive.
I am now a license teacher and currently working as teacher in a public school. Before, I was an accounting assistant and at the same time I'm doing clerical works in the same company here in the Philippines. I am diligent in doing my job. Now as a teacher I am still looking for a part-time job to uplift the status of my family since teachers are not high paid in my country. Teaching is indeed a noble profession because we do multiple tasks as a teacher. We do not just teach but we nurture each of our student even to the extent that we offer our vacant time to remediate. Time, money and efforts are being catered to the students. We do online and offline reports, even go to the field to make a survey and make action research which beyond our duty as a teacher but we do not complain since we are paid by the Government. We even did not get any over time pays even if we stay mid-nights just to finish the reports needed.
In my work experience, I can assure the employer that I will do my very best just to cater the necessary jobs.
