I am a results-driven and resourceful quantity surveyor with 7 years of working experience in the construction industry. Graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Johannesburg South Africa in 2018 and I am a current RICS APC candidate. I have gained valuable working experience as a senior quantity surveyor working for Tacna Engineering & Construction Pvt Ltd based in Zimbabwe from 2014 to date.
I have worked on all construction cost aspects comprising of control, monitoring and estimation. I am highly skilled in timeously taking off quantities from drawings, preparing bills of quantities and material schedules. I have proven track record of implementing value engineering on projects hence helping to minimise costs on a project and enhancing value for money, whilst achieving the standards and quality required.
I have an excellent working knowledge of commercial procedures and capable of developing strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
