During my professional journey, I'm concentrating on Middleware support and analysis, diving deep into platforms like WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server, JBoss, Tomcat, and Microsoft IIS.
I've gathered lots of experience in different areas, including migrations, building new environments, SSL/security configurations, data sources configuration, and troubleshooting. In my role, I have successfully supported these Middleware technologies, resolving complex issues and troubleshooting challenges. I have actively participated in migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and building stable and scalable environments. I also gained experience in dealing with different customers, working on 24x7 schedules, dealing with different kinds of issues and urgent requests, developing a great understanding of what is best for the customer and organizations, and having a great sense of responsibility.
