Hi there! My name is Taula and I'd love to help out with your Zendesk, community management, FAQ/Knowledge Base building needs! I've got over 3 years experience in the fast paced and ever changeable world of mobile gaming support and customer service. My special strength is building up knowledge bases, FAQs, customer self-help hubs and automating and deflecting tickets. I'm great at identifying issues before they become problems, and I'm probably a little too fond of tagging, markdown, ?and note-taking systems.

Work Terms

Please note that I am not interested in any work involving answering phone calls.
