Ever since the age of 19, I have been working in direct sales in a multitude of different roles. Starting as a sales representative with Vector Marketing, I generated a customer base from scratch through referrals to produce $165,000 worth of revenue. While in undergraduate studies, I opened, recruited, trained, and developed a sales team in two different locations in 2020 and 2021. Afterwords, I assisted the Orlando location with growing their team by 50% to consistently be selling $2,000,000 per year. Following that, I opened up a permanent location in Boca Raton where I have recruited 300 sales representatives, produced over $2,000,000 in revenue and deployed six different managers to locations across the state.
My undergraduate degree centered around human resources and my experience in sales and management make me an ideal candidate for consulting with businesses and teams to improve recruiting, sales, development, and training programs.
