Independent Contractor In Love With Working From Home

I am an experienced professional that has had a diverse career. In 20 years I have worked in customer service, logistics, architectural and mechanical design, and managed various project types. Privately, I am a land lord familiar with property management, residential construction, and real estate investing. I often work with other individuals to organize and start their own businesses.
I have two degrees, One is Construction Management and Engineering Technology and the other in Design Technology.

I am an experienced draftsman, able to produce and read a whole host of design material. I can provide project cost estimates, and budget proposals. Bringing order to chaos is a gift.

Working from home during COVID has made me realize how profound my dislike of office settings is. Reaching out to all of you and sharing my skill set is my way of moving away from this traditional practice.

Work Terms

Contracts consist of 40HR blocks of time billed at the requested dollar amount. Time is the tracked with listed tasks.
