Hello, my name is Taylor Zahn and have been in the Security and low voltage industry for 5 years. I started my journey as a salesman and technician in California. Worked hard and made sure my customers had what they needed/wanted without breaking the bank. Moved to Arizona for a bigger and better position as an Independent Contractor. Being in the industry as long as I have been, I have seen companies take advantage of customers with outrageous prices and long committed contracts. In return, the company would use old out dated equipment that usually doesn’t work correctly or charge crazy prices for techs to go out and take a look at the problem.
