Work Terms

1. Scope of Work:
a. The graphic designer will provide creative design services as outlined in the project proposal or brief.
b. Deliverables may include but are not limited to logos, branding materials book cover, book cover design, ebook cover, amazon kindle cover, flyers, poster, logo design etc.), marketing collateral (business stationery, corporate reports, pitch decks, etc.) , social media graphics, and other design assets.

2. Project Timeline:
a. A mutually agreed upon project timeline will be established, including milestones and deadlines for deliverables.
b. Any changes to the timeline must be communicated and agreed upon by both parties in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities:
a. The client will provide necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to facilitate the design process.
b. Approval of concepts, drafts, and final designs will be required at specified stages.

4. Revisions:
a. The contract includes a specified number of revisions for each deliverable.
b. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may be subject to additional charges.

5. Communication:
a. Regular communication will be maintained through guru platform, video calls.
b. Response to queries and feedback is expected within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Payment Terms:
a. A deposit of 60% is required before the commencement of work.
b. Final payment is due upon completion and approval of the project.
