I studied Engineering in HITEC University from Pakistan and proceeded to work in NETKOM Technologies as a Site Engineer on Telecom Project. I did this job for 1.9 years and during this job I also joined my family business to groom my management and analytical skills. We have Seeds and Pesticides business.
I got more interest in Business and went to UK for studying MBA. I completed my MBA in July 2015 and during my tenure in UK, I did a job in OXON IT Support Pvt Ltd as a Customer Services Representative for 1 year and my duties were to;
• Provide customer Services on calls and by visiting customer’s location.
• I got hands on experience of troubleshooting and maintenance of broadband modems, complaints handling and customer support.
I also did a job in a Telecom sector Hutchinson 3G in UK for 1 year and my responsibilities were to;
• Boost sales for store by hitting monthly targets with my colleagues assigned by Line Manager.
I performed my job roles by handling customers with effective communication, understanding the need and requirement of customer and providing support in professional manner.
• I handled the customer’s complaints in professional manner and troubleshoot the gadgets if customer had trouble.
• Marketing for newly launched devices in the targeted area.
I returned to Pakistan in February 2016 and joined FES Foreign Education Services Pvt Ltd as an Application Manager and my duties were;
• Launch students online applications in foreign universities.
• Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws, policies and administrative regulations.
• Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course, program and College/University selection.
• Guide the students through a series of complicated procedure leading the aspirants to obtain visa.
• Follow ups.
• Organize events in Colleges/Universities.

I am available to work for flexible hours, I will not mind for hours rotation.
