This girls is ABSOLUTELY awesome. She replies promptly, she'll improve on your request, she's fast and she is creative. She is hands down my first choice as a programmer. We've never used her before this project and frankly, I was a little nervous at first, as I've used programmers before who would not duplicate my instructions and do something different. She's been fantastic at duplicating what we wanted and even improving on it.
