Suitable for small scale projects where the project scope, requirements of the project and time are clearly defined. Prior to the start of the project the total cost and timeline of the development is agreed by client & vendor.

During project life cycle, any major change or extra scope identify in the project will be treated as change request that has separate elaboration & development cost. Advantage of such model is to achieve goal with pre-defined scope & budget.

Time & Material :
Suitable for clients that are looking to manage themselves & engage resources in Ad-hoc manner. Same time this is beneficial to operational support projects where scope grow timely & option to expand slowly & virtually. This model controlled the project cost as it works on engage functions not as fixed cost.
